What version of SCORM do you use?

We support SCORM 1.2 because it is the industry standard and the most widely adopted version in L&D. Its prevelant support across various Learning Management System (LMS) platforms makes it a reliable choice for creators and learners alike. What tracking functionality do you have on video assets?

We can report on registrations, launch date, duration viewed and completion date. This allows us to track the number of participants registered against the number of licenses purchased by the client. We can set a limit for registrations per client. Video licenses are non transferable.

Can I customise the Simulation

Light customisation of the Sim, including company logo, brand colours, avatar character and avatar accent/language is availabe for a fee.

What is the target audience for the PCA Playlist?

Our Season 1 are designed for junior to mid level sales and BD professionals and are also useful assets for managers when considering how to support and develop their teams. Your platform or mine?

The answer is both! We can deploy the digital asset toolbox (videos and sims) through your LMS for seamless integration, or we take care of the whole learning journey using our platforms. We use Rustici SCORMCloud for our video series and SimGate to deploy simulations. You can find out more about both platforms in our FAQs and Tech Spec. All our digital assets are single sign on and compliant with data protection.

Do I have to buy a whole Season or can I Pick n Mix?

Either! You opt for our most comprehensive learning package and commit to a whole season which includes 9x video episodes and 4 simulations. Or you can hand pick the content which best serves your population’s learning and development needs. All our digital assets are designed to be impactful as standalone pieces of learning or as an end to end learning journey.

Will learners engage with ‘just another’ digital learning video?

Yes! Our video episodes are designed to hook learners into a relevant, realistic world of intriguing characters grappling with real life challenges. We provide a captivating marketing pack including Netflix style season trailers and episode guides, key learning outcomes and takeaways so learners know ‘what’s in it for them’ while hugely entertained. And as part of our onboarding support, we will work with you on your comms and deployment plan to set you up for success.

Can I use the video episodes for my own in-house training or do I need a PCA facilitator?

Yes, you can! Once you have a video license, you choose how you deploy them. You can use the videos as part of your own in-house training. Or your existing training providers can incorporate them into your current courses. Or, if you are pressed for time and resource, we can of course facilitate workshops for your teams.

Can I use the digital asset toolbox as part of a blended learning journey?

Yes! Our digital asset toolbox (videos and sims) are highly flexible and designed to be used pre, post and during live workshops or events. They can also be deployed as a standalone product, for example as a skills refresher or just in time learning resource.

Can learners access these assets ‘just in time’?

Yes! During your onboarding, we will agree when you would like the assets to be available to your learners. All digital assets are ‘replayable’ so learners can get the most value. They can also download pdfs with tips and tools to their own devices for those moments just before key meetings.
